Welcome to DrivePlan, a business application provided by Paymeet designed to support driving school operations and facilitate interactions between instructors and students. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the DrivePlan application and related services ("Service").
By accessing or using DrivePlan, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.
To access certain features of DrivePlan, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

DrivePlan may integrate or provide links to third-party services (for example, payment processing and communication tools). These third-party services are subject to their own terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for their content or performance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to DrivePlan at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise detrimental to the Service or its users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paymeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of DrivePlan. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through appropriate channels (e.g., an announcement on the website or within the app) at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after such changes implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in France.
