1. Agreement to Terms
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Paymeet Ltd ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the DrivePlan software as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Service”).
2. Services
DrivePlan provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for driving schools to manage their operations, including but not limited to student management, scheduling, booking, and progress tracking. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the services at any time without notice.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Fees and Payment
Certain services may be subject to payment of fees as specified in our pricing plans. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, and we will provide you with reasonable notice of any such changes.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Service is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Service (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Paymeet Ltd or its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Paymeet Ltd is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
