DrivePlan is a comprehensive driving school management system designed to streamline the operations of driving schools. It assists in managing student registrations, scheduling lessons, assigning instructors, handling payments, and more.

DrivePlan requires a standard PC running Windows 11 or later and a reliable internet connection for data backup to the cloud.

DrivePlan offers a free version for up to 10 students and a 30-day free trial period. For unlimited users and full access to all features, DrivePlan is available for as little as €1 per day, with no contract obligations.

Go to the "Settings" section where you can customize various aspects of the school, driving licences categories, calendar, and operational settings.

In the main panel, go to the "Instructors" section. Here you can add, edit, or remove instructor profiles and update their availability. The instructor will then receive an email with their credentials to access the web portal, where they can check their driving lesson schedules.

Yes, students and instructors receive notification emails for any new session updates.

To assign driving time credit to a student, first create the service and products in the "Products" section with the corresponding time credit. Then, go to the "Orders" section to book a student order for the selected service. Once the order is confirmed, an invoice will be generated for payment. After payment is received, the driving time credit will be applied to the student's account and can be used during scheduling.

Navigate to the "Payments" section in the main panel. Select the corresponding invoice to be paid and then create a new payment.
